Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Match Royale purchases (including the Tournament Pass 2026). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Our payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact us at the email below and we will forward your request to Paddle.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law (including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers).
