Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the Match Royale platform by venue owners ("Venues") and by guests participating in venue tournaments ("Guests"). By accessing or using the platform you agree to these Terms. You confirm that you are of legal age and, where acting on behalf of a business, have authority to bind that business.

Match Royale is a software platform that enables venues to run prediction and trivia experiences during live football matches. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not responsible for the accuracy of live match data provided by third-party feeds (e.g. Sportmonks, API-Football).

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

The Match Royale Tournament Pass 2026 is offered at €9.99 for commercial events (unlimited participants) or €4.99 for private events (max 10 participants). All prices are one-time payments unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Participation by Guests is free. Guests join a venue by scanning a QR code and creating a session-based player. No purchase is required to play or to be eligible for venue rewards, unless the venue explicitly states otherwise on-premises. Match Royale does not award cash prizes.

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam or infringement of intellectual property.
• No cheating, multi-accounting or automated participation.
• No use of the platform for unlawful gambling.
• No security interference: no malware, probing, scraping, or attempts to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.

All rights in the Match Royale platform, brand and software remain with the provider. Venues receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for the duration of their subscription or event pass.

We may suspend or terminate access in case of: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

To the extent permitted by law, Match Royale is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability for ordinary negligence is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intent, gross negligence, or for death or personal injury.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Hamburg, Germany, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protection rights of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to venue owners by email or in-app notice with reasonable notice.
